Welcome to On The Happy Path! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, purchases, and services. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please review them before placing an order or booking a service.

1. Products & Services

On The Happy Path offers digital products, downloadable resources, organizational tools, holiday and celebration products, and MAPS (Mapping Actions = Planning Success) personalized project planning and coaching services.

Product descriptions, pricing, and service details are provided on their respective pages. We make reasonable efforts to ensure all information is accurate, but reserve the right to correct errors or update product and service information.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and payment confirmation. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, modify offerings, or discontinue products and services at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you have the necessary device, software, and internet access to download and use your purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, or commercially exploit our digital products.

• You may not claim our original content or designs as your own.

• Digital products may not be uploaded to public file-sharing platforms or distributed to others.

All intellectual property rights remain with On The Happy Path or the respective content owner.

4. MAPS Coaching & Planning Services

MAPS (Mapping Actions = Planning Success) provides personalized project planning, organizational support, and guidance to help individuals turn everyday responsibilities, priorities, and personal goals into actionable plans.

A standard MAPS booking includes:

• One initial 60-minute planning call.

• A customized project plan delivered within 48 hours following the initial call.

• One 30-minute follow-up call to review progress and make adjustments.

Plans are developed using the information provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing their plans, making decisions, and following through on assigned actions.

Additional time or expanded planning services may be purchased separately.

MAPS is an organizational and planning service, not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, or other specialized advice.

5. Coaching Cancellations & Rescheduling

All coaching and planning service purchases are final and non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per booking.

Requests made with less than 72 hours' notice, missed appointments, and failure to attend a scheduled session are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

6. Refunds & Returns

All Sales Are Final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products, coaching sessions, or other services.

Please review product descriptions, service details, and purchase information carefully before completing your transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, graphics, written materials, digital downloads, branding, and other original content are the property of On The Happy Path or their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our products or participation in MAPS coaching.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, On The Happy Path is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
